I got that news this morning, just before I go and sit for my exam. But for this big project of Konkona, my tired mind get refresh.
A Time of India article states, Konkona signed for Zoya Akhtar directional debut film Luck by Chance , opposite Farhan Akhtar aslo his actor debut. Actually this is really a big project on India Film Industry different from "Om Shanti Om" and "Khoya Khoya Chand".A lots of actors and actresses are approached for the lead roles like Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor , Karishma Kapoor and recently Tabu. But Tabu want to change some scripts and finally Zoya signed Konkona.
Hopefully this film comes mid of 2008 and we will see Konkona in meaningful role again.

This is great news. I've been looking forward to Zoya's directorial debut for a long time. She had a previous project that was shelved so I am especially happy to see this one move along. I hope Zoya has a part for her stepmom in it! :)
